Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:

• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
• The stencil sheets have not been peeled, used, or exposed to moisture
• You have proof of purchase (order ID or confirmation email)

Items are not eligible for return if they are damaged due to misuse, customised/personalised orders, digital products (if applicable in future), or hygiene-sensitive items once opened (e.g., henna cones when introduced).

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion, with no return shipping required in most cases.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email returns@glamgirlhub.com with your order ID and reason for return
2. Wait for our team to review and approve your return request (1–2 business days)
3. Ship the item to the address provided in our approval email
4. Share the courier tracking number with us

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value (difference refunded as store credit). To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and specify the desired replacement in your email.
