Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All Mehndi stencil orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We currently deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India through our courier partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, DTDC).
3. International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to select countries including UAE, USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. International shipping rates and timelines are displayed at checkout based on your location.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your GlamGirl Hub account under "My Orders."
5. Delivery Issues
- Non-delivery: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at contact@glamgirlhub.com
- Wrong address: Ensure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Returned to sender: If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply
6. Packaging
All Mehndi stencils are packaged in protective sleeves and rigid mailers to prevent bending or damage during transit. We use minimal, eco-conscious packaging materials wherever possible.
