2. About GlamGirl Hub

GlamGirl Hub is an e-commerce store offering Mehndi stencils and henna art accessories. We plan to expand our catalogue in upcoming months to include additional beauty and craft categories. These terms apply to all current and future product categories sold on our platform.

• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or add products at any time without prior notice.
• New product categories (including beauty tools, henna cones, nail art, and body art accessories) will be listed and governed by these same terms upon launch.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods listed at checkout.
• GlamGirl Hub reserves the right to change prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price displayed at the time of checkout.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. Cancellations by customers must be made within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting support.

7. Intellectual Property

All stencil designs, product images, logos, and website content are the intellectual property of GlamGirl Hub or our licensed suppliers. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell our designs without written permission. Personal use of purchased stencil designs is permitted.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Reselling or commercially reproducing our stencil designs without authorisation
• Submitting false reviews or impersonating another customer
• Using our website for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems

9. Limitation of Liability

GlamGirl Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
